Navigate Change 

This is a weekly 2 hour mediated Group designated towards facilitating Positive Change, Self Actualization & Holistic Health

The group is set up to provide a nurturing support structure for all participants to safely address those aspects within all of us which are reluctant towards change.

Aspects which seem trapped in addictive cycles, silent isolation and self destructive behaviour patterns that often prevent us from stepping forward and committing towards Self love, creativeExpression and ultimately towards

what may be termed our purpose in life.

Group work is highly demanding, yet hugely rewarding, highlighting the universality of the human condition,

allowing us to see how archetypes, such as “the victim”, The wounded child” or the “the saboteur”

are forces within our collective psyche that ultimately affect everybody alive on the planet today.

Recognising the universality of our journey is offering a profound perspective beyond shame, anger and fear.

 

Rather than looking on whats wrong and who we can blame for it, this group is designed to be a platform for solutions.

A platform where we neither deny the parts of us that are and have been victimised, nor dwell on it, but instead finding ways

together to actively process suppressed emotions and reframe corresponding negative thinking patterns.

 

We will be focusing on PRACTICAL tools to empower the individual to make those changes and apply them in their daily lives.

These tools will be coming from various traditions, such as:

  • Inner child work

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), The emotion Code (both Techniques to safely process heavy negative emotions)

  • Lucid Dreaming

  • Mindfulness

  • Nutritional healing

  • Trauma revovery (TRE)

  • Mentalisation (MBT)/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Breath control

  • Assertiveness training

  • (Kundalini) Meditation practices
